These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Realien Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of all Services provided by Realien Labs, including our website, ebooks, fashion products, applications, and research. Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, downloading content, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Services Description

Ebooks

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and read purchased ebooks for your personal, non-commercial use. Ebooks may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared without our express written consent.

Fashion — Print on Demand

Fashion products are designed by Realien Labs, but printed & delivered through print on demand fulfillment partners upon order. Contact the website your placed the order on for any order related issues. Color and print appearance may vary slightly due to the nature of on-demand manufacturing.

General App Disclaimers

All Realien Labs applications (including HarkWan, RaKawn, and any future apps) are provided for entertainment, productivity, and informational purposes only. They are not intended to replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

Realien Labs is not responsible for any user using our apps to facilitate, plan, or commit any illegal or harmful acts. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harmful, harassing, abusive, or illegal activity. We will investigate reported violations and may suspend, ban, or permanently terminate any account that attempts to use our apps for any such purpose.

Realien Labs makes no representations or warranties regarding uptime, security (beyond reasonable measures), accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant service (if any).

Apps — HarkWan

HarkWan is an AI-powered checklist and productivity application ("HarkWan"). It allows users to create, manage, and generate content for personal task lists, notes, and action items. Generative features may use third-party AI models (provider subject to change). All user-created lists and data are encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption. Realien Labs has no practical ability to access, view, or decrypt your private content.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• HarkWan is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind.
• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all outputs before relying on them.
• We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, deletion, or failure to store your lists, notes, or other content, even if caused by bugs, service interruptions, or technical failures.
• Use of HarkWan is at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays or any other harmful components.
• Realien Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of HarkWan, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of productivity, or any decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.

Apps - RaKawn - video social

RaKawn is a video-based social application ("RaKawn") that enables users to upload, share, view, and interact with video content and other users. RaKawn includes features such as video feeds, profiles, messaging, and location-based tools (where enabled).

You acknowledge and agree that:

• RaKawn is a platform for user-generated content. Realien Labs does not pre-screen, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any user videos, comments, profiles, or interactions.
• You are solely responsible for your own content and conduct. You will not use RaKawn for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or abusive purpose.
• Realien Labs is not responsible for any interactions (online or in-person) that occur through RaKawn. Any in-person meetings are at your own risk.
• We disclaim all liability for data loss, account compromise, unauthorized access, or any harm resulting from user interactions, third-party links, or technical issues.
• Video uploads and storage are subject to technical limitations, compression, and possible data corruption. We do not guarantee permanent availability or integrity of any user content.
• Realien Labs shall have no liability for any illegal or harmful use of the platform by you or other users. You agree to indemnify and hold Realien Labs harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of RaKawn or your content.

Research

Realien Labs publishes research hypothesis papers and related content for informational purposes only. These papers do not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, scientific, engineering, or otherwise). Readers must exercise their own judgment and consult qualified professionals. Realien Labs does not recommend any conclusions, decisions or actions be made or taken based any information published, including but not limited to research papers, ebooks, apps or anything release by Realien Labs. Realien Labs disclaims all liability for any conclusions, decisions or actions made based on our research content, ebook content or any information published.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy
• Use our location or in-person interaction features to stalk, harass, or harm others
• Use research for any purpose prohibited by law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services or systems
• Use automated means to access or scrape our Services without our written permission
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services or infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, trademarks, logos, and materials made available through our Services are owned by or licensed to Realien Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as expressly described herein. You retain ownership of content you create and post on our platform, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating our Services.

6. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified
• We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card data
• Ebooks and digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded
• Fashion print on demand, please contact the website where you ordered from for any order issues.
• Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed in advance and are non-refundable for any partial period

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

8. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH OUR RESEARCH IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL LEGAL, MEDICAL, OR ENGINEERING ADVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALIEN LABS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Realien Labs and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of our Services, your content, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. Class action and jury trial rights are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of our Services following the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your licenses granted herein will immediately cease. Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
